Hurrah! Our beautiful new Ice Cream parlour is now open in historic Dartmouth. Come and enjoy a classic Knickerbocker Glory sundae in one of our custom beach hut booths, or let the kids share a boat float ice cream at "Small's cove" complete with colouring fun & ice cream games to entertain the little ones whilst you sit back with an Affogato and enjoy the free wi-fi. Our parlour has been decked out (no pun intended) with a seaside and nautical theme - complete with signal flags on the wall and a replica Salcombe Yawl to scoop our delicious award winn...

A few weeks ago we had a visit from Thierry Morvan, a highly regarded journalist from Paris. During his trip to Salcombe he visited several fine food providers in the area, including us.
On his return to Paris, he wrote this wonderful article about his 'Salcombe Feast'. We enjoyed meeting Thierry and his lovely wife; we also enjoyed reading the translation of his article in Google Translator!

The Salcombe Crabfest was a fantastic success back in May, when thousands of visitors, flocked to Salcombe to eat, drink and be merry at the inaugural event held on Island Street. Many meet Mary Berry at her book signing event and then attended a relaxed interview with Mary and Jennie Bond, held here at Salcombe Dairy Ice Cream. The event raised in excess of £10,000 and will be used to fund an all weather play surface, a new cooker, safety fencing and other essential maintenance for the Young Salcombe Centre.
