Salcombe Dairy Stem Ginger Ice Cream produced by Salcombe Dairy, based in Salcombe has been awarded category winner within Desserts & Puddings, in the Café Quality Food Awards, presented by former Pop Idol winner Gareth Gates.
Salcombe Dairy uses only the finest ingredients and sources local products where possible. Making ice cream, sorbets and frozen yoghurt, all of their products are free from gluten, egg, artificial colours and flavourings; they also have a vegan suitable sorbet range. “We are delighted to have won a Café Quality Food Award,” said Dan Bly, Managing Director, “We strive to ensure our products use the best local ingredients, and feedback from our customers is extremely positive. We are glad the judges thought so too.”
The awards recognise the increasing demand for quality own-label and branded ranges at affordable prices in the retail and catering channels.
