Our brandy butter ice cream is made from Devon cream ice cream made with a generous element of Three Barrels brandy - a more refreshing alternative to Brandy butter itself, and superbly rich in fruity flavours.

Serving suggestion: On Christmas Day with a fruity Christmas pudding, this decadent ice cream makes the perfect accompaniment. The contrast of a piping hot pudding with the boozy ice cream makes for a truly festive delight.


Our Brandy Butter Ice Cream is free from gluten, soya and egg as well as being made in a completely nut free factory and comes in a two litre tub, which provides approximately sixteen scoops.


Last order date for Ice Cream for Christmas is Wednesday 20th at 10am, last delivery date being Thursday 21st.
Last order date for Ice Cream for New Year is 27th at 10am.
Regular deliveries resume from Tuesday 2nd January.

Ice Cream Postage & Packaging

Ice Cream tubs must be ordered in quantities of 2 x tubs due to the way that we package and send our Ice Cream.

We use DHL to deliver our ice cream. We deliver weekly on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Order by 10am on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to receive your order the next day.

All orders between 10am Friday - 10am Tuesday and your order will be delivered to you on Wednesday.

IMPORTANT: Do not rearrange/delay your allotted DHL delivery for a later date than they originally give you, as your ice cream will sit in a DHL depot or van for longer than the dry ice can hold it to a frozen temperature and will melt! Please note, we don’t issue refunds for deliveries that a recipient has delayed later than the original and earliest delivery day given by DHL.

Ice cream for the people

All our Salcombe Dairy ice cream contains delicious Devonshire milk, the finest double cream, unsalted butter, molasses, British sugar, skimmed milk powder and dextrose. As we don’t homogenise our ingredients we use a seaweed compound (Alginate) as an additive to emulsify the dairy fats. Our flavour ingredients – whether they be fruit, coffee, rum, chocolate, vanilla or anything else we create as a delicious ice cream flavour are the very best quality available and are added to the base mix before packaging.

We’re also extremely proud to serve utterly delicious, completely natural and totally egg-free, nut-free ice cream. For non-dairy diets, we also have a range of award-winning sorbets and some luscious new dairy free ice creams which are suitable for vegans.
