Salcombe Mud Ice Cream

Our tasty ice cream pays homage to the famous mud in the Salcombe estuary.  Black cocoa powder and gluten-free chocolate shortbread are mixed in such a way to produce a crunchy ice cream that’s a perfect colour match to the mud.  Just don’t go mixing the two up!
