Ice Cream tubs must be ordered in quantities of 2 x 2L tubs due to the way that our partner packages and sends our ice cream out in dry ice and recycled denim. The four litre total volume means that there is enough frozen mass to keep the temperature low enough by the dry ice.
DHL collects the ice cream and delivers it to your doorstep.
Delivery charges for ice cream:
2 tubs (4L) = £9.95
4 tubs (8L) = £14.95
6 tubs (12L) = £19.95
8 tubs (16L) = £24.95
10 tubs (20L) = £29.95
12 tubs (24L) = £34.95
14 tubs + (28L) = £39.95
IMPORTANT: Do not rearrange/delay your allotted DHL delivery for a later date than they originally give you, as your ice cream will sit in a DHL depot or van for longer than the dry ice can hold it to a frozen temperature and will melt! Please note, we don’t issue refunds for deliveries that a recipient has delayed later than the original and earliest delivery day given by DHL.
We deliver ice cream on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- Order by 8am on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to receive your order the next day.
- All orders placed after 8am on Thursday through to 8am on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Please note: If your order includes both Salcombe Dairy ice cream as well as chocolate, then these will be sent to you in two separate shipments. Chocolate is dispatched via tracked Royal Mail from our Salcombe warehouse, and ice cream is dispatched via our specialist dry ice partner in the South East.
