We were at the Source Trade Show for the last couple of days. As always, we met some fantastic people in the industry, had chats with some old friends and generally felt so positive about the growing food industries in the South West. Whilst we were there Richard Hunt (well known throughout the South West for his culinary skills) oversaw some students on the stage making this fine dessert with our product: Warm chocolate pudding, mandarins served with a dollop of clotted cream and our fantastically rich chocolate sorbet. Looks tempting doesn’t it?
