Our Compliance Manager Hayley Rutherford is responsible for ensuring that our factory adheres to all the correct manufacturing and procurement procedures so that all our products are nut free, gluten free, and only made using 100% natural ingredients. We also offer a range of dairy-free ice creams, sorbets and chocolate which are plant based, and suitable to vegans.
