We’re making April all about coffee and celebrating this wonderfully rich, aromatic ingredient and the way it pairs so beautifully with chocolate.
From smooth, mellow mocha notes to deeper, more roasted flavours, coffee brings a natural depth and balance that complements chocolate perfectly. It’s a pairing we’ve always loved working with, both in its simplicity and in the way it can transform a flavour into something more layered and indulgent.
In our shops, we proudly serve coffee from Exeter Coffee Roasters, chosen for its quality, character and consistency. But for us, coffee isn’t just something to enjoy in a cup. We also incorporate it into our ice cream and chocolate, carefully blending it to bring out those rich, roasted notes while still allowing the cacao to shine.
Whether it’s a subtle coffee undertone or a more pronounced mocha flavour, it’s all about balance, something that sits at the heart of everything we create.
