These Hot Chocolate Pancakes are a game changer! š„Ā
These are sooooo good and not too sweet which means you can really let loose onĀ the toppings. Hereās our recipe:
175g self raising flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp caster sugar
4 tbsp of our drinking chocolate powder
200ml milk
3 eggs
Solos of vanilla essence
Mix all the dry ingredients first, then slowly add the wet while gently whisking š©āš³
Add some butter to a pan and cook on both side until bubbling and lightly browned.
Add your favourite topping and enjoy š š«ā¤ļø
