Salcombe Dairy’s Stem Ginger Ice Cream has been announced as one of the shortlisted products in the ‘Desserts and Puddings’ category at the Café Quality Food Awards.

Commenting on the shortlist, Dan Bly, managing director of Salcombe Dairy, says: “As one of my favourite flavours, it is great to see our Stem Ginger recognised in the Café Quality Food Awards 2016.” Dan continues: “We are proud to use local and fresh ingredients and put the greatest of care into making all of our products, and we are really glad the judges thought this too.”

The winners will be announced on 21st October 2016, at Marriott Grosvenor Square at an exclusive breakfast briefing.
