Made in Devon, from bean to bar
Our chocolate starts with organic, fairly traded Peruvian cacao, which we transform into chocolate in our Island Street factory in Salcombe. We melange, conche, temper and mould our own chocolate, rather than simply remelting a finished product.
That approach gives us control over flavour and texture, and it means every chocolate gift has a little of our Devon story behind it.
