Our fabulous honeycomb ice cream evokes summer in a scoop. Best seller, multi award-winner, customer favourite and all-round star! Golden chunks of honeycomb are added by hand to the ice cream, and the result is a crunchy, creamy, chewy sensation in every mouthful - enduringly popular, and deservedly so.
We have used a simple Victoria sponge recipe and added some fresh strawberries, for that extra bit of British decadence. Once stacked we coated and finished with a delicious butter icing and sprinkled with golden glitter. Finally we added some generous scoops of our favourite ice cream to serve.
