Salcombe Dairy is delighted to be supporting the Cathedral in thus venture, raising much needed funds to preserve this beautiful historic building.
As our trade customers gradually reopened pubs, restaurants and shops, our factory was back in action again making ice cream and sorbets to keep up with orders. It was great to see the fresh cream from the farm being delivered again and made into delicious pots of ice cream.
