What is your business called and what does it offer?
I work for Salcombe Dairy and I am responsible for Pasteurising the milk for all the ice cream. Salcombe Dairy is a great place to work.
How long have you lived/worked in Salcombe?
I have worked in Salcombe for about one year. My wife and I are from Ukraine and we moved here because of the hostilities in my country.
Name your favourite local beach
I love Torcross beach for the beautiful views of the open sea.
What does Salcombe mean to you?
Even though I work in Salcombe, it feels like a place of rest to me. I love that it is peaceful and close to the sea.
What is your favourite time of year in Salcombe?
I love all times of year here because every month feels like summer compared to the weather we're used to!
What is your favourite flavour of Salcombe Dairy ice cream?
My favourite flavour is Cloudforest Chocolate (Dairy Free). I think the ice cream tastes even better to me now that I make it and know everything that goes into it.
